Chef-owned and operated, Dwight's is an attractive, earthy dining room that features some of the area's most inventive fare. Starters like seared tuna with soy-vinegar dressing and jumbo lump crab cakes with tartar sauce are terrifically presented and delightfully flavored, but they serve only to whet the appetite for what's to come. For the main course, go with the marinated grilled quail or the angel hair putanesca with calamata olives, capers, tomatoes, garlic anchovies and hot pepper – you won't be disappointed either way.
